Comments from my clients:

“We came to Amanda, looking for some guidance and advice to support our son with anxieties that were beginning to impact negatively on his daily life. Amanda was extremely effective at communicating with him in a way he could relate too and understand, and she gradually empowered him with the mental tools to cope much better and and overcome his challenges in daily life.
Thank you for all the amazing work you have done with him to get to this stage, we wouldn’t have got here without your expertise and guidance”.

A text from a client who had a spider phobia:
‘I just wanted to send you a massive thanks you. in the last 24hrs, I have had to deal with 3 “Mates”, on my own. I did it with no swearing and hardly any pimples…and cleared them away myself too!! Even amazed myself

Says it all really and made my day. Here’s more comments:

“I have benefited greatly from working with Amanda, who has guided me towards some major goals in my professional and personal life. I now have a toolbox of skills, techniques and mindsets for keeping focused on my goals, and keeping life in a healthy balance at the same time. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and practical in her approach. I am happy to give her the strongest possible recommendation”.– RK, Cornwall

I have suffered with insomnia and bad sleeping patterns that, has for years, caused me problems, from going on holiday to staying over at pals, at times, it has effected my work and being so tired at work effects my personal life. I am now 36 and as I have got older it has caused me to have anxiety and panic attacks. One of my work colleagues put me in touch with Amanda and I booked some sessions. The sessions were well planned as well as being professional, confidential and very helpful. Amanda explains the techniques and adapts to suit the individual in a way that’s very easy to understand.
Meeting Amanda has truly changed my life; with the skills and techniques Amanda has shown me I have learned to sleep better and deal with the anxiety of not sleeping if it happens again. Also because of the skills Amanda has shown me on thinking in different ways about certain things I have, after 20 years of smoking, now quit and feel like a new person – I’m playing sport again. Thank you Amanda ”  – Paul Farrar.
