You can feel it, can’t you? The smell of the air begins to take on an Autumnal feel about it.
September is here and for some of this means it’s back to school routine and for others it’s also back to work as lockdown measure are easing more and more.
A change in our usual routine can cause us to feel uneasy or even very stressed and anxious. We might not know what to expect, there’s planning to be done, we’re used to the daily routine we used to have; for whatever reason, we can just stress things changing.
When we have routine in our lives, we feel more calm; we know what to expect as we’ve experienced it before, we can plan for it, we know what we need to do, where we need to be, what we need to take with us (our resources) how much energy we will need etc etc…..
